A transformation and portfolio management expert with 12+ years delivering governance frameworks, PMO structures, and strategy execution programs across the Gulf and Levant. Formerly Senior Manager at PwC and Deloitte. Most recently engaged as PfMO Consultant at the Saudi Ministry of Health.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Texas State University, with research focused on PMO governance, institutional design, and AI-enabled performance analytics.
